Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Salezy ("the Service"), operated by Salezy Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Beta and prototype status
Salezy is currently in early access / beta. This means:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during this period
- Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or data preservation during the beta period
- We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build toward a full release
By participating in early access, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial of Salezy. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Salezy only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm any person
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or sub-license access to the Service without our written consent
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@salezy.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. You retain ownership of any data you input into Salezy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
Intellectual property
Salezy, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the intellectual property of Salezy Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written consent.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the Service without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This is particularly relevant during the beta period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salezy Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
